These terms apply to your use of yarddraft.com ("YardDraft"), operated by Calloway Software ("we," "us"). By using YardDraft, you agree to them.
YardDraft uses AI to write draft quotes for pressure washing, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal jobs based on the details you enter. It is a drafting tool, not a contract, legal, or pricing service.
AI-generated text can contain mistakes or wording that doesn't fit your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing each quote, confirming the prices, scope, and dates, and deciding whether to send it to your customer. You are also responsible for the quotes you send and for any agreements you make with your customers.
You can generate one free quote per month without creating an account. We may adjust the free allowance in the future.
The Unlimited plan is $39 per month and includes unlimited quotes for pressure washing, landscaping, and snow removal. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We may change pricing or plan features, and we'll give current subscribers advance notice by email before a change affects them.
Don't use YardDraft to break the law, to send misleading or fraudulent quotes, or to try to disrupt, overload, or get around the limits of the service.
YardDraft is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any quote will be accurate or suitable for your job.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Calloway Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of YardDraft. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use YardDraft after a change means you accept the updated terms.
