YardDraft is operated by Calloway Software ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use yarddraft.com and how we use it.
When you generate a quote, the job details you type in (such as surface type, property size, price, timeline, and any customer or property name and notes) are sent to our server and then to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) so it can write the quote. We use this information only to generate your quote, and we don't keep it on our own servers after the quote is generated. Our AI provider may retain inputs and outputs for a limited period, currently up to 30 days, under its own settings and terms. Please don't enter information you aren't comfortable sending to these services, and avoid entering sensitive personal details about your customers.
You can generate one free quote per month without creating an account. To enforce that limit, we track usage by IP address. We don't ask for your name or email for the free tier.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and email address; we never see or store your full card number. If you enter your subscriber email in the generator, we use it only to check whether you have an active subscription so we can lift the free-quote limit. We keep your subscriber email and your Stripe customer ID for as long as your subscription is active, and remove them when it is canceled.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use Cloudflare's web analytics and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, general location, device type, and whether a quote is generated or the Subscribe button is clicked. We've turned off Google's advertising personalization features in our analytics settings. The job details you type into the quote generator are not sent to Google Analytics. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use the job details you enter for advertising.
