YardDraft ("we," "us") provides a quote-generation tool for pressure washing, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.
Content you enter to generate a quote. The job details you type in (surface type, property size, pricing, customer name, notes, etc.) are sent securely to our backend to generate your quote. This content is encrypted in transit. We do not store this content after your session ends — it is not retained in a database or logged for later use.
Free-tier usage. Free-tier usage of the generator is limited per IP address; no account or email is required to use the free tier.
Subscriber email. If you subscribe and choose to enter your email in the generator to unlock unlimited quotes, that email is checked against our subscriber records to verify active billing status. It is not used for marketing and is removed if your subscription ends.
Basic usage analytics. We use standard web analytics on our marketing pages to understand traffic patterns. This does not track activity inside the generator tool itself.
Quote content you submit is not retained after your session — we do not keep a database of generated quotes or the job details used to create them. Billing information is retained for as long as your subscription is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
